About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support the Grigeo Group’s product portfolio. You will work closely with the brand manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and communication projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the assigned product portfolio, including administration of new product development processes and updating product information.
• Assist the Grite brand product manager in implementing marketing and communication initiatives.
• Analyze contests and client inquiries, select suitable products, and prepare required forms and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, marketing, and design teams on product creation, packaging design, and information presentation.
• Maintain marketing department documentation such as invoices, contracts, and related paperwork.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and other information needed by the marketing team.
• Work with other company divisions – sales, production, technology, quality – to ensure alignment.
• Use ABB, Qlik, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems for daily tasks and project work.

Required profile

• Higher education in marketing, management, or business administration.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience or a role that developed organizational, coordination, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, independence in solving daily tasks, and a positive, responsible attitude.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Lithuanian and English.
