Media Buyer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Media Buyer to join Nothink’s fast‑moving growth team. You will own Meta Ads campaigns from setup through scaling, turning data into actionable tests while collaborating closely with our creative squad.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, scaling winning ads.
• Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, LTV) and translate insights into new tests.
• Partner with the Creative team to develop and test hooks, angles, and creatives.
• Understand the full funnel—from ad creative to landing page and conversion.
• Research competitors, audiences, markets, and trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Continuously test new audiences, messaging, offers, and campaign structures.
• Proactively spot opportunities, propose ideas, and drive execution without waiting for direction.
• Stay curious about emerging platforms and paid‑acquisition tools beyond Meta.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Meta Ads / paid social.
• Proven track record managing performance campaigns.
• Strong grasp of performance marketing, direct‑response funnels, and creative testing.
• Comfortable working with key metrics and interpreting their business impact.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• High ownership and execution drive.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
