Outbound Insurance Sales Agent – Swedish & English (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Swedish‑speaking sales professional to join our outbound project as an Insurance Sales Agent. You will call existing B2C customers with outstanding loan balances and present an insurance product that can cover the remaining debt under defined policy conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers by phone, explain the insurance offer clearly and accurately.
• Assess each customer’s situation and discuss whether the product meets their needs.
• Explain benefits, costs, conditions and exclusions of the policy.
• Document conversations and outcomes according to project requirements.
• Follow all applicable rules for insurance distribution, customer consent and data protection.

Required profile

• Fluent in Swedish and good working English.
• Experience in outbound sales, banking or insurance, with the qualifications required to offer and arrange insurance in the Swedish market.
• Responsible, customer‑focused approach and confident phone presence.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
