Performance Creative Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Creative Specialist to drive innovative, data‑driven creative campaigns for Persikas.com, a brand dedicated to weight loss and healthy eating. You will work within the performance team to boost brand growth, acquire new customers, and optimise creative performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns.
• Design compelling ad visuals and write persuasive copy (headlines, CTAs, short posts).
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and performance specialists.
• Analyse ad testing results and make optimisation decisions.
• Monitor competitors’ ads and extract actionable insights.
• Research market trends and generate fresh creative ideas.
• Gather target‑group insights to inform creative direction.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a performance creative, copywriter, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and innovative ideas.
• Creative and analytical mindset with a performance‑oriented approach.
• Ability to tell stories, synthesize key messages, and present them visually.
• Curious, resilient, and unafraid of failure.

What we offer
