Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Performance Marketing Manager at Deeper, you will lead the paid acquisition strategy across key markets, turning product and business priorities into measurable campaigns that drive customer acquisition, revenue and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy, media budgets, forecasts and allocation across performance marketing channels.
• Manage and evaluate external PPC agencies and freelancers, ensuring high‑quality execution and transparency.
• Translate product and business goals into acquisition plans, continuously improving CAC, CPA, ROAS and profitability.
• Lead creative performance analysis, define testing hypotheses and build an experimentation roadmap with Content and Creative teams.
• Own performance reporting, attribution, dashboards and tracking across paid media, email, push notifications and media partnerships.
• Plan and analyse B2B partner campaigns, coordinating delivery with Content, Creative, Design, Sales and other specialists.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads; Google Ads experience is a plus.
• Strong background in media planning, budget management, forecasting and campaign optimisation.
• Proven ability to manage and evaluate external agencies or freelancers.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience in experimentation, attribution and dashboard creation.
• Effective project and stakeholder management across cross‑functional teams.
