Process and Knowledge Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Process and Knowledge Lead to support the effective management, documentation, and communication of business processes and key organizational knowledge across Edenred Finance. The role works closely with business and project managers to keep process artefacts up‑to‑date and to ensure smooth knowledge sharing throughout the company.

Key responsibilities

• Document, review and improve business processes, maps, workflows and guidelines.
• Maintain corporate documents and templates such as client contracts, GTC and power of attorney templates.
• Monitor regulatory or internal changes that require updates to process documentation.
• Oversee the company knowledge hub and coordinate contributions from all business units.
• Lead communication of process changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Support process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide backup for the Training and Knowledge Lead when needed.

Required profile

• Experience in process documentation, process management or knowledge management.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work across multiple teams.
