Project Manager (Audio Production)

About the role

Papa Goose, a boutique audio production agency, is looking for a Project Manager to bring structure to its creative environment. You will act as the bridge between advertising agencies and the internal sound team, ensuring projects move smoothly from brief to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with advertising agencies to clarify project requirements.
• Coordinate projects from initial brief through to audio delivery, tracking budgets, deadlines and progress.
• Prepare estimates, monitor budgets and ensure accurate invoicing information.
• Liaise between clients and the creative team, handling changes and day‑to‑day challenges.

Required profile

• Previous experience in project, account or client management.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Self‑starter who can prioritise, take ownership and act without detailed instructions.
• Reliable work ethic and ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Very good English proficiency and genuine interest in music, advertising or creative production.
