Project Manager – Omnichannel Unit

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Omnichannel Unit, where we design and deliver seamless customer experiences across mobile apps, self‑service platforms and call centres. You will own complex IT implementation projects for local and international clients, guiding them from initiation through go‑live and hypercare.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT and software development projects across the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, delivery and post‑go‑live support.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional Agile teams (developers, QA, specialists) and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Technical Leads to keep requirements clear and aligned.
• Communicate progress, risks and dependencies to stakeholders in a structured manner.
• Support change management and handle scope adjustments in partnership with stakeholders.
• Oversee post‑go‑live support, hypercare and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project delivery methodologies.
• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and coordinating cross‑functional groups.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with releases, deployments and post‑go‑live support.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).
