About the role

As a Project Manager you will join a growing team responsible for managing key client accounts and nurturing long‑term business relationships. You will handle daily order administration, contribute to sales growth strategies and support clients throughout the project lifecycle while driving digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer client orders, inquiries and complaints.
• Update client forecasts and coordinate execution with production and other departments.
• Ensure smooth execution of new and existing projects.
• Analyze client complaints in collaboration with internal units.
• Provide analyses on project profitability, quality and risks to management.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships to ensure client loyalty and satisfaction.
• Initiate and execute cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Organise meetings, site visits, client audits and represent the company at exhibitions.

Required profile

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset with result‑orientation.
• Creative approach to process improvement and problem solving.
