Provisioning and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

As a Provisioning & Logistics Coordinator you will support the daily operations of Windcave’s Lithuania office, handling the receipt, configuration, testing and dispatch of payment terminals to ensure merchants enjoy a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, organise and maintain inventory of payment terminals and accessories.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across the UK and Europe, preparing and dispatching hardware accurately.
• Process returns, repairs and inventory movements while keeping stock records up‑to‑date.
• Configure, provision and test terminals, perform software configuration and quality‑assurance testing before shipment.
• Complete merchant activations, maintenance requests and hardware updates within service level agreements.
• Provide first‑line technical support, diagnose basic hardware issues and log support tickets.
• Escalate complex incidents to specialist teams and contribute to technical documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, internal teams and European colleagues to meet merchant order fulfilment targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, provisioning, operations or technical support.
• Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and solid problem‑solving capabilities.
