Retention Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Retention Data Analyst to help us understand and improve customer behaviour through data‑driven insights. You will work with the Retention team to build dashboards, analyse marketing initiatives and support decision‑making that drives user engagement and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor customer behaviour and the impact of email, push and in‑app campaigns.
• Measure and analyse results of promotions, pricing changes and engagement initiatives, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Retention team to design, execute and interpret A/B tests and other retention experiments.
• Define, calculate and track KPIs, delivering automated reports and visualisations.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses to answer business questions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for mathematics and logical problem‑solving.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to see the big picture while digging into data.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL (experience with Google BigQuery is a plus).
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Looker, PowerBI or Tableau.
• Background in data analysis and familiarity with A/B testing or usability testing.
