Sales Representative – Lithuania (Automotive)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to strengthen our presence in Lithuania’s automotive retail market. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Country Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, focusing on retail store visits and partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans for the Lithuania region, emphasizing retail store engagement.
• Conduct regular visits to retail locations to support and motivate sales teams.
• Lead store visits, provide product demonstrations, and deliver sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities within the retail channel.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, offering insights and recommendations.
• Set store‑level sales targets, track progress, and report performance.
• Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns at the store level.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Proven field sales management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Lithuanian retail market, distribution channels and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset for assessing sales data and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Lithuania and potentially other countries.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
