Senior HR Specialist - Crew Operations

About the role

Heston Airlines, a European carrier based in Vilnius, is expanding its team and seeks a Senior HR Specialist focused on Crew Operations. You will work closely with the HR team to manage the full lifecycle of flight and cabin crew members.

Key responsibilities

• Together with the HR Specialist, work on the full cycle of crew selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Assist in creating policies, procedures, and manuals related to crew selection, onboarding, and other HR processes.
• Assist in drafting contracts and agreements for flight and cabin crew members.
• Monitor crew feedback and identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, communication, and the overall crew experience.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving crew processes, employee experience, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor developments in the aviation market, conduct relevant analyses, and implement improvements based on market trends and industry practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in aviation (ACMI preferred).
• Experience in supporting flight and cabin crew.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactivity and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
