Senior PPC Expert

About the role

We are looking for a senior performance marketing professional to lead and optimise our paid‑search campaigns across global markets. The role will own the full lifecycle of PPC activities, from strategy and budgeting to creative alignment and performance reporting, helping millions protect their online privacy.

Key responsibilities

• Autonomous planning and forecasting of PPC activities.
• Manage and scale high‑volume ad budgets while monitoring CPA, CAC and ROAS.
• Formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests and analyse results.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers and product teams to align creatives and landing pages.
• Ensure high quality of campaign setup and maintain data integrity across tracking points.
• Design and manage multi‑team PPC campaign logic and prioritize tasks.
• Monitor daily performance using platform interfaces, GA and Looker.
• Produce regular and on‑demand reports for stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with PPC trends and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years proven experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Track record of handling large‑scale budgets (>$5 million annually) and complex global campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable building pivot tables and translating data into actionable strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of GA4 reporting and ability to create custom explorations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Experience liaising with key vendors.
