Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (Klaipėda)

About the role

Luminor is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager in Klaipėda to manage the total relationship with a portfolio of corporate customers in the medium client segment of the West region. The role aims to attract and acquire new customers, optimise business results and customer satisfaction, and secure profitability and sustained growth.

Key responsibilities

• Sell directly to medium corporate clients by offering bank products, identifying their needs and proposing solutions
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and attract new ones
• Ensure the desired income and profitability of the assigned client portfolio and a high level of client satisfaction
• Analyse credit applications, prepare documentation and present them to decision-makers
• Monitor credit portfolio quality and act promptly on problematic cases
• Use product specialists efficiently to meet customers' needs
• Plan, deliver and follow up personal tasks according to quality standards, budget and Luminor values

Required profile

• 3-4 years of effective sales and negotiation experience, including client prospecting and proactive sales, or Relationship Manager experience in Corporate Banking
• Fluent spoken and written Lithuanian and English, as the role works at Pan-Baltic level; candidates should be primarily based in the Baltics
