Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

As a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support Vinted’s key technology functions—including Engineering, Product, Data Science, Design and Research—to attract and hire top talent. The position is initially offered as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent based on business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Lead end‑to‑end hiring activities: job posting, proactive sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Build and maintain talent pools using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, employer branding campaigns and networking events.
• Coach Hiring Managers and interviewers on effective interview techniques to deliver a great candidate experience.
• Track, analyse and report on hiring metrics, identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements.
• Lead talent acquisition initiatives such as recruitment campaigns and workflow optimisation projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with recruitment trends and innovative candidate evaluation tools.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a start‑up or scale‑up environment.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
• Proven ability to partner with Hiring Managers at various levels and coach them toward better hiring outcomes.
• Strong capability to interpret talent data and provide data‑driven hiring recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across teams and seniority levels.
