SEO Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing team of 500+ professionals delivering web data solutions to Fortune 500 clients. As an SEO Manager you will own the organic growth of one of our six core products, shaping strategy, execution, and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Define quarterly SEO strategy, set goals, and build a roadmap for product visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and design content architecture aligned with search intent.
• Handle technical SEO tasks: site crawls, redirects, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and hreflang implementation.
• Write clear specifications for developers, review releases, and ensure quality.
• Plan content calendars, brief writers, and create or edit landing pages and articles as needed.
• Optimize existing pages through on‑page updates, internal linking, FAQs, and periodic audits.
• Improve visibility in AI‑driven search and collaborate with the off‑site team on link building.
• Own reporting in GSC, GA4, and Ahrefs, tracking weekly KPIs and delivering monthly performance analyses.
• Advocate for SEO considerations during product planning and share tools and learnings across the SEO team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, having led a project from strategy to results.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working directly with product managers, developers, and designers.
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent copy‑editing skills.

Required skills

• Keyword research and content architecture.
• Technical SEO: site crawls, redirects, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, hreflang.
• Tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Familiarity with WordPress and Next.js (nice to have).
