Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, people‑driven Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist to own full‑cycle hiring while strengthening engagement, culture and retention across Pulsetto. The role works closely with hiring managers, leadership and the HR team to build scalable hiring processes and ensure the company remains a place where top talent thrives.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and managing the hiring process from start to finish.
• Build strong pipelines across multiple roles and partner with hiring managers to define requirements.
• Craft job ads and outreach messaging tailored to target audiences.
• Run structured processes, deliver an exceptional candidate experience and ensure hiring speed and quality.
• Manage ATS workflows, reporting and candidate communication.
• Support people development initiatives, engagement surveys and feedback loops.
• Help shape Pulsetto’s culture through recognition programs, internal communication and cross‑team activities.
• Proactively identify pain points and propose improvements in HR processes, communications and team experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience (in‑house or agency).
• Experience hiring for Marketing and global roles is a strong plus.
• Ability to identify talent through headhunting, networking and proactive search.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring cycles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with culture, employer branding, leadership and development initiatives.
• Experience working with ATS systems and managing candidates structurally.
• Readiness to start immediately or very soon.
