Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join GetJet Airlines as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and help shape the future of our aviation business by attracting and hiring top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers, manage the full recruitment cycle, and use creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job responsibilities, core competencies and hiring criteria.
• Design and publish job ads, review CVs, shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Apply innovative sourcing tactics (social media, talent pools, networking) to attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain talent pools for key positions and keep regular contact with potential candidates.
• Prepare and extend job offers, and support onboarding activities.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to HR projects.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in recruitment, either agency or in‑house.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss technical competencies with credibility.
• Proven stakeholder management experience and ability to handle shifting priorities.
• Proactive, problem‑solving attitude with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ambition to grow within talent acquisition.
