About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Girteka Group you will own the full‑cycle recruitment process, proactively source specialists across various areas and act as a brand ambassador for our growing logistics company.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for roles within Girteka.
• Proactively source and attract specialists through various channels and platforms.
• Guide and support hiring managers and P&C partners on market trends and hiring best practices.
• Participate in internal or external events, serve as a brand ambassador and suggest new attraction methods.
• Manage the hiring process through an ATS to ensure quality data tracking for TA efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or similar HR roles with end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Strong background in attraction, sourcing and selection of various positions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional proficiency in English (B2+).
• Understanding of hiring methodologies and evaluation, focusing on junior to mid‑level roles.
• Adaptability, flexibility and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• People‑centric approach, collaborative mindset, strong empathy and active listening.
