Transport Manager

About the role

Vlantana, one of Lithuania’s largest logistics companies, is seeking a Transport Manager to oversee long‑haul operations, ensure efficient cargo movement, and support its growing fleet of over 1,500 trucks across the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor transport operations and cargo movement in real time.
• Organise cargo transportation, plan optimal routes and schedules.
• Manage all transportation documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate the work of long‑haul drivers, assess their needs and make timely decisions.

Required profile

• Experience in the logistics sector (advantageous).
• Fluent in Russian.
• Ability to react quickly and make independent decisions.
• Communicative, empathetic, proactive and willing to help colleagues.
