Account Manager

About the role

Oxylabs is looking for an Account Manager to own the success of its B2B customers, ensuring they receive maximum business value from the company’s data infrastructure. You will build long‑term relationships, drive revenue growth and act as a trusted advisor for clients relying on big data.

Key responsibilities

• Engage daily with business customers to maximize their value and ensure smooth product adoption.
• Identify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities, manage renewals and customer agreements.
• Maintain and grow an opportunity pipeline, handling at‑risk accounts proactively.
• Conduct strategic account management activities and contribute to process‑improvement projects.
• Travel to client sites when required.

Required profile

• Several years of experience leading international B2B customer engagements with proven results.
• Strong relationship‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinking and a data‑driven sales approach.

Required skills

• Experience with key sales and mailing tools (explicit tools not listed).
