AI Adoption Project Manager (F/M/D)

About the role

The Ignitis Group shared service centre is looking for an AI Adoption Project Manager to join its AI Adoption and Innovation team. The role helps employees and teams across Ignitis Group adopt artificial intelligence in a practical, responsible and measurable way, coordinating the Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout and using data to show how AI creates value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI adoption strategies for different companies, functions and employee groups
• Coordinate the Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout, including onboarding, communication, training, support and follow-up
• Help employees identify use cases for Copilot, AI agents and other approved AI tools
• Plan and deliver training sessions, workshops, webinars, demonstrations and learning programmes
• Create guidance, learning materials, use cases and success stories for the Group's AI Hub
• Build adoption measurement approaches and dashboards covering usage, engagement, maturity and business value
• Run engagement initiatives such as the AI Hackathon, AI Summit, AI Fridays and the 1000 Experiments programme
• Support a community of AI champions and work with managers, communications, HR, IT, cybersecurity, privacy and business teams
• Monitor AI trends and turn them into initiatives for the Group

Required profile

• Experience in technology adoption, change management, digital transformation, learning and development, communications or project management
• Understanding of generative AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot and common workplace AI use cases
• Ability to plan projects with multiple stakeholders and to explain technology to technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent Lithuanian and English, spoken and written

Required skills

• Project planning, adoption plans, communication campaigns, learning journeys and implementation roadmaps
• Advantageous: Copilot administration, Power BI, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Viva, Purview or Defender usage reporting
• Advantageous: building internal communities, champion networks, innovation programmes or large employee events
