About the role

Prolific is seeking fluent Russian speakers to take part in live video conversations that help train next‑generation AI models. As an AI Trainer you will engage in natural, unscripted dialogue with other participants, providing authentic speech data that improves how AI understands human conversation.

Key responsibilities

• Join scheduled video calls and converse in Russian about everyday topics.
• Maintain a natural flow of conversation without using scripts or performing.
• Ensure clear audio quality; conversations are recorded for AI training purposes.
• Review task details, time estimates, and pay before accepting each assignment.

Required profile

• Full fluency in Russian.
• Good command of English to understand instructions and submit reports.
• Comfortable speaking spontaneously with new people via video.
• Quiet workspace equipped with quality headphones and a microphone.
