AML Analyst (Crypto/Fiat)

About the role

A leading global consulting firm, which advises public and commercial clients on management, technology and risk, is hiring an AML Analyst (Crypto/Fiat) in Vilnius through its HR factory partner. The role covers investigations into financial crime, reporting to authorities and documenting regulatory risk.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations to identify financial crimes such as money laundering and fraud, and file suspicious activity reports with FIUs in a timely way
• Assess and document regulatory risk across multiple jurisdictions and countries
• Review transactions and open-source material to judge whether activity is a reportable predicate offense
• Document findings in narrative form and prepare clear, concise reports
• Support the project team by sharing knowledge and applying judgment and discretion in sensitive cases
• Protect customer financial information and follow company and client policies and the supervisor's instructions

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in AML compliance
• Knowledge of financial crime, AML and fraud, and operational procedures
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently with a high standard of quality
