Anti Money Laundering Compliance Manager

About the role

Guidehouse is looking for an Anti Money Laundering Compliance Manager to lead a team of supervisors and individual contributors on financial crime projects. The role draws on management, people and communication skills with internal colleagues and the client, and supports strategic growth initiatives. Travel is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple supervisors and individual contributors, supporting strategic growth initiatives and ensuring adherence to client and company standards.
• Provide coaching and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor milestone completion dates, project budgets and resource allocation, and give regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience overseeing projects and teams across different projects and clients, including AML transaction monitoring, escalations, PEP screening reviews or CDD/EDD reviews.
• Experience leading multiple teams while keeping oversight of the whole engagement.
• Fluent speaking and writing English.
• Ability to work from the office in full compliance with the clean desk policy.

Required skills

• Subject matter expertise in anti-money laundering and/or financial fraud investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to client stakeholders, senior executives and leadership.
• Nice to have: ACAMS/ICA certificate.

• Annual salary range of EUR 46,000 to EUR 76,000.
