Transport Coordinator (English Speaking)

About the role

Yara European Business Services (EBS) is looking for an English-speaking Transport Coordinator in Vilnius. The role covers all transport activities in line with the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with the Commercial and Production organizations, and sits within a global crop nutrition company founded in 1905.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery planning, transportation call-offs, on-time delivery execution, carrier selection and shipment cost calculation
• Deliver transport services that meet customer requirements and team KPIs, and develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction
• Follow up on complaints using the appropriate tools
• Act as a role model for health, environment, safety, quality, corporate social responsibility and the code of conduct

Required profile

• Relevant operational experience, related studies or strong interest in supply chain operations with a good understanding of transport organization
• Fluent or native English
• Excellent communication skills and a trusted, proactive, self-driven team player
• Eligible to work in Lithuania
