About the role

Luminor is looking for a motivated Assistant to support its team of financial advisers in housing credit matters across Lithuania. The role is a one‑year fixed‑term position that combines client interaction, document handling and internal coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist financial advisers with the preparation and verification of initial client documents for mortgage and related bank/partner products.
• Provide first‑level consultations to clients, addressing their questions and guiding them through the credit process.
• Compile, organise and forward credit files to the designated structural department.
• Plan and execute personal tasks proactively, adhering to Luminor’s quality standards and values.
• Collaborate actively with the department to achieve organisational results.
• Continuously develop professional competencies and share insights to improve team performance.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and on time while complying with internal bank procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales of financial products, sales administration or client service within the financial sector.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Lithuanian; English is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and independently, adapt to change, and take initiative.
• Result‑oriented mindset.
