OTC Assistant Credit Controller – Finance Role

About the role

Yara is a global crop nutrition company focused on solving resource scarcity, food insecurity and environmental change. The European Business Services (EBS) unit in Lithuania is expanding and seeks an OTC Assistant Credit Controller to support its finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily overdue analysis and collection activities under supervision.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, send dunning letters, and communicate with customers via email.
• Assist with financial data analysis and master data request processing.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and internal policies, consistently meeting KPIs.
• Suggest continuous improvement ideas for collections and credit management processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Credit Management and other stakeholders to resolve queries.

Required profile

• Ongoing or completed studies in finance, mathematics, statistics or related discipline (optional).
• Relevant or similar experience in credit control (optional).
• Eager to learn and grow professionally with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Team player with strong cooperation skills in a cross‑cultural environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Eligible to work in Lithuania.
