Audit Consultant

About the role

EY's Assurance team in Kaunas is looking for an Audit Consultant to assist in audit engagements across different industry sectors. You will interact with organisations in different countries and industries to understand how businesses operate. The position suits last-year students who have no lectures, graduates, or people with existing work experience, and starts in January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the audit client's business.
• Collect the necessary data and information from clients, set up and maintain audit files.
• Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements.
• Document audit procedures clearly and accurately according to engagement objectives and the planned approach.
• Analyse data and information across audit projects.

Required profile

• University degree or last-year student in economics, finance, accounting or a related field; some previous experience is an advantage.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• Ability to work full time.

Required skills

• Interest in finance and accounting, with a drive to become an audit expert.
• Communication, interpersonal, analytical and critical thinking skills.

Salary: 1950-2100 EUR gross.
