B2B Account Manager

About the role

The B2B Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with new and existing business clients of a specialized Lithuanian bank. The role focuses on account opening, payments, currency exchange and day‑to‑day banking support, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
• Guide potential clients through the full account‑opening and onboarding journey.
• Set clear expectations and keep clients informed at each stage.
• Take ownership of daily banking issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support clients with questions related to accounts, payments and currency exchange.
• Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives aimed at business clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve client service and internal processes.

Required profile

• A degree in business administration, marketing, economics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of account management or similar experience within a bank or financial institution.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Understanding of online businesses, payment services and transaction trends.
• Strong client‑facing, interpersonal and cross‑cultural communication abilities.
• Structured, consistent approach to managing client relationships and operational matters.
• Ability to solve problems, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
