BI Developer – Qlik Sense & Data Visualization

About the role

Telia is looking for a passionate BI Developer to join its Business Intelligence & Martech team. You will design, build, and maintain powerful Qlik Sense solutions that turn complex data into actionable insights for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards and reports that support strategic decision‑making.
• Transform raw data using Python or R and write complex SQL queries for data extraction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver visualisations.
• Present insights in clear, business‑focused language and support agile project delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BI processes and data quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer with demonstrable success stories.
• Self‑driven, analytical mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team player who thrives in a diverse, cross‑cultural environment.
• Experience in the telecommunications sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Python or R for data transformation and statistical programming.
• Qlik Sense (primary visualisation tool).
• Power BI or Looker for additional visualisation capabilities.
• Advanced SQL query writing.
