Business Analyst – Document Management

About the role

Join Luminor’s Document Management Unit as a Business Analyst, driving improvements to the document management platform and related processes. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, turning requirements into practical solutions that boost efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive analysis activities for system enhancements, process improvements, automations, and regulatory changes.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements throughout the change lifecycle.
• Prepare business cases, specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
• Support solution delivery through functional, regression, and user‑acceptance testing.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in process improvement or digital transformation.
• Strong ability to translate complex needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for Pan‑Baltic collaboration.
