Business Controller – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Pineca Group is seeking a Business Controller to turn financial and business data into actionable insights. You will act as a bridge between finance and operations, supporting decision‑making across our international organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective financial controlling processes.
• Prepare, review and validate financial models, budgets and business plans.
• Strengthen pricing models and support data‑driven pricing decisions.
• Monitor and analyse revenue, costs, margins and profitability at company and project level.
• Contribute to strategy, budgeting and forecasting through financial analysis and recommendations.
• Create analytical tools, dashboards and automation solutions for reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate financial planning and operational efficiency.
• Enhance internal control and monitoring procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, business controlling or a similar finance role, or experience at a Big Four firm.
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools and handling large data sets.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and management accounting principles.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English (B2 level or higher).
