Category Lead – Sourcing & Third‑Party Risk Management

About the role

Join Luminor as a Category Lead responsible for indirect sourcing across facilities management, marketing and professional services. You will shape sourcing strategies, drive cost optimisation and ensure robust third‑party risk management for a pan‑Baltic banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for the assigned indirect categories.
• Manage RFx processes, contract negotiations and supplier performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to capture sourcing needs and align on priorities.
• Lead the category team, organise capacity and drive continuous process improvements.
• Oversee the full supplier lifecycle, from onboarding to post‑contract management, ensuring compliance with quality, delivery and risk standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, project management or category management.
• Strong understanding of the supplier market and third‑party risk regulations (e.g., DORA, outsourcing rules).
• Proven ability to align senior stakeholders and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English for pan‑Baltic collaboration.

Required skills

• Expertise in sourcing tools and systems.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation, RFx execution and supplier analysis.
• Familiarity with third‑party risk management frameworks.
