Client Service Delivery Sr Analyst (Finnish Speaker) – Fixed Term

About the role

Nasdaq Governance Solutions, which powers more than 240 Fortune 500 companies and 245,000 users worldwide, is hiring a fixed-term employee who speaks Finnish for a 12-month contract in Vilnius. As a Client Service Delivery Senior Analyst you will provide client services and support, handling diverse and time-sensitive client projects and requests in both client-facing and back-office activities, while learning about corporate governance and interacting with administrators, corporate secretaries and board members.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Board Portal Software by e-mail and telephone
• Build positive customer relationships by delivering value and anticipating needs
• Provide user training and respond to queries promptly
• Help identify business and system requirements
• Assist in producing operational and user documentation
• Communicate client requirements to Account Administrators and Success Managers
• Promote the latest improvements and company capabilities to clients
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on solutions

The role involves occasional weekend on-call coverage, about once a month, on a rotating schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Fluent spoken Finnish and excellent written and spoken English
• Previous client-facing experience and experience supporting sophisticated products
• Previous experience with AI and AI agents, or a genuine interest in learning them
• Valid work permit in the EU; no unspent criminal convictions under Lithuanian law (except minor road traffic offences)
