About the role
Lead the regional commercial performance of the Accessories & Peripherals Business Unit across EMEA, managing sales and marketing budgets, guiding regional sales teams, and delivering key financial and commercial KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver the regional sales and marketing budget and all financial KPIs (revenue, gross profit, margin, sell‑out) through ASBIS local entities.
- Lead, coach and develop regional sales managers and their teams, set objectives and performance standards, and build succession.
- Define and execute the commercial and go‑to‑market strategy across distribution, retail, marketplaces and key accounts.
- Provide market input for portfolio, range and vendor decisions, ensuring alignment with regional demand.
- Execute pricing, discount and promotion frameworks while protecting margin and price integrity.
- Drive sell‑out and stock rotation, flag ageing or excess inventory for corrective action.
- Grow and manage strategic distributor, retailer and marketplace partnerships, expanding distribution and premium placement.
- Report regional performance by brand, category, country and channel, identify risks and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and country management to align commercial plans and execution.
Required profile
- Senior commercial or sales leadership experience in IT, consumer electronics or accessories distribution, with accountability for sales and marketing budgets and commercial results.
- Proven track record leading multi‑country/EMEA sales teams and delivering revenue and gross‑margin growth.
- Strong channel and distribution management across distribution, retail, marketplaces and key accounts.
- Expertise in channel strategy, pricing execution and commercial analytics.
- Experience managing sales budgets and channel performance.
- People leadership skills: building, developing and retaining high‑performing sales teams.
- Fluent English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
