Community Manager for Lithuanian Therapists (Remote)

About the role

Hedepy is a fast‑growing health‑tech platform that connects licensed therapists with clients across Europe. We are looking for a remote‑first Community Manager who will own the full therapist lifecycle in Lithuania – from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview licensed psychotherapists, guiding them through Hedepy’s onboarding bootcamp.
• Design and execute community‑building activities such as newsletters, WhatsApp/Facebook groups, supervision sessions, and occasional events.
• Monitor therapist satisfaction (NPS), track trial periods, and produce simple reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain the CRM (Airtable) and manage data related to recruitment, performance, and retention.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Lithuanian and English at B2+ level.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, HR, community management, or a client‑facing role (internship, part‑time or full‑time).
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Airtable (CRM/ATS) proficiency.
• Strong spreadsheet skills.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or ChatGPT.
