Social Media Manager

About the role

Welltech, a global wellness technology company, is seeking a strategic, creative and data‑driven Social Media Manager to own and grow the organic social presence of one of its brands. You will turn social media into a meaningful driver of brand engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand’s organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
• Create content ideas, formats, copy and creative briefs for short‑form video, static posts, carousels, Stories and other platform‑native formats.
• Coordinate with designers, creators, freelancers, agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth content production.
• Build and nurture community relationships, using insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Track performance, test new ideas, and turn data into actionable optimisations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, trends, creators, competitors and cultural moments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product, Paid Marketing, CRM, ASO, SEO, Analytics, Legal and other teams to align social activity with business priorities.
• Own the results, proactively sharing insights, opportunities and recommendations.

• Strategic, creative and data‑driven mindset.
• Strong understanding of audience behaviour and community dynamics.
• Ability to manage the full social journey from strategy to performance optimisation.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proven experience managing organic social media for a consumer‑facing brand.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, their algorithms, formats and best practices.
• Ability to create engaging short‑form video, static, carousel and Stories content.
• Experience working with designers, creators, agencies and internal stakeholders.
