Control Center Specialist – Customer Service & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a Control Center Specialist to join our Shared Service Center in Lithuania. In this customer‑service focused logistics role you will ensure shipments are processed accurately, on time and in line with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email and internal systems.
• Enter and continuously update bookings in the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Create, monitor and amend shipments, coordinating routings, pick‑ups, deliveries and exceptions with local offices, partners and carriers.
• Provide status updates, required documentation and escalate risks or service issues.
• Calculate transit times and shipment prices, support pricing quotations and other customer requests.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards and security requirements.
• Review TMS reports to guarantee a smooth shipment lifecycle and correct billing.
• Identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements.
• Perform other duties as required by business needs.

Required profile

• Completed vocational qualification or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience).
• Previous experience in customer service, logistics or operations support is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt schedule when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Transport Management System (TMS).
