Coordinator of System Change Facilitators Network

About the role

The Coordinator of the System Change Facilitators Network will organise, nurture and expand a global community of practicing facilitators. Working remotely, you will be the central point for communication, scheduling and collaborative projects, ensuring the network operates as a self‑managed, adaptive system.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communications and manage schedules across the facilitator network.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and digital tools that support network activities.
• Develop onboarding processes for new facilitators and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate online meetings and ensure smooth technical operation of collaboration platforms.
• Monitor network performance metrics, analyse data and report insights to leadership.
• Support the creation of resources and documentation that enable self‑management.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret network data and identify improvement patterns.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging facilitators and preparing clear updates.
• Experience in coordination or project management of networks, communities of practice or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with self‑managed or participatory organisational models and a genuine interest in systemic change.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritise tasks and adapt quickly.
