Corporate and M&A Lawyer

About the role

PwC is looking for a Corporate and M&A Lawyer in Vilnius. You will advise clients on corporate law, support international projects and take part in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, from due diligence through to deal negotiation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support to corporate clients and develop the corporate legal service practice
• Carry out legal analysis, revise agreements and prepare other legal documents for international projects
• Advise on planning and implementation of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures
• Perform legal due diligence, identify risks and prepare findings reports for clients
• Draft and review transaction documentation such as share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements and asset transfer agreements
• Assist in structuring transactions and preparing closing and post-closing documentation
• Support deal negotiations with legal analysis and negotiation materials

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in corporate and/or M&A legal practice; prior work at a law firm is highly beneficial
• University law degree, or a student in their final years
• Proficiency in both English and Lithuanian
• Strong time management, independent decision-making and analytical thinking
