Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Hostinger is building an AI‑first company and needs a Corporate Lawyer to ensure sound corporate governance and compliance across its global subsidiaries. You will work closely with senior legal leadership, finance, and operations to support strategic legal initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support corporate legal projects such as group restructurings and strategic initiatives.
• Manage board resolutions, meeting minutes, and shareholder meetings for all subsidiaries.
• Assist in setting up and managing subsidiaries, ensuring proper corporate structure and compliance.
• Support auditors, KYC processes, and corporate compliance requests.
• Draft and review intragroup agreements and operational contracts.
• Develop and maintain a corporate legal knowledge base.
• Improve document and contract management systems.
• Provide proactive general legal assistance to various teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) with at least 5 years of post‑graduation legal experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Proven experience in governance, reorganization, or corporate regulatory projects; international exposure is a plus.
• Curious, detail‑oriented, and able to collaborate across functions.
