Corporate M&A Lawyer

About the role

TeamKilo is looking for a Corporate M&A Lawyer to support high‑velocity venture take‑offs across the health and wellness sector. You will work on both local and cross‑border transactions, providing legal guidance from due diligence through to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
• Conduct legal due diligence and identify key legal risks.
• Draft and review transaction documents such as share purchase agreements and shareholders' agreements.
• Contribute to transaction structuring and support deals from inception to signing.
• Serve as a reference point for corporate law and governance matters.
• Coordinate with international law firms, financial and tax advisers, and other transaction parties.
• Participate in negotiations and client meetings, taking increasing ownership of workstreams.
• Support business development and contribute to the team’s institutional knowledge.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in corporate law, M&A, or a related transactional practice.
• University degree in Law.
• Demonstrated interest in M&A transactions, corporate law, and investment structures.
• Strong command of Lithuanian corporate law and its practical application.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

• Gross salary range €5,000‑€6,300 per month.
