Corporate & M&A Lawyer

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate & M&A Lawyer to join PwC’s Vilnius office. You will provide day‑to‑day legal support on corporate matters, help clients navigate mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other cross‑border transactions, and contribute to the development of our corporate legal service practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate law issues and support corporate reorganisations, both domestic and cross‑border.
• Conduct legal analysis, draft and review agreements such as share purchase, shareholders’ and asset transfer agreements.
• Perform comprehensive due‑diligence, identify risks and prepare findings reports for M&A transactions.
• Assist in structuring transactions, preparing closing documentation and post‑closing implementation.
• Support deal negotiations by providing legal analysis and ensuring compliance of proposed solutions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in corporate and/or M&A legal practice (law‑firm experience preferred).
• University law degree (or final‑year law student).
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
• Strong time‑management, independent decision‑making and analytical thinking.
