Country People Partner – HR Business Partner in Lithuania

About the role

As a Country People Partner you will be the go‑to People expert for Lithuania, supporting day‑to‑day employee experience and working closely with managers both locally and remotely. The role combines hands‑on employee‑relations work with delivery of core People processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main People point of contact for leaders in Lithuania.
• Provide direct support on employee relations issues such as performance management, disciplinary cases, grievances, burnout, misconduct, redundancies and exits.
• Work with the wider People organisation to ensure effective delivery of people processes, initiatives and employee lifecycle activities.
• Support reorganisation processes, prepare documentation, advise leaders and ensure compliance with local law.
• Monitor local People data, identify patterns and risks, and shape appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to country‑specific projects, policy updates, engagement activities and internal training sessions.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in a People Partnering, HR Advisor or HR Specialist role.
• Solid understanding of Lithuanian employment law and HR practices.
• Strong hands‑on experience managing employee relations cases.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
• Based in Vilnius or Kaunas with availability to work onsite four days every two weeks.

• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday.
