People Programs Partner - Total Rewards

About the role

Eneba is looking for a People Programs Partner in its People team, based in Kaunas. The role starts in Total Rewards and covers salaries, bonuses, equity (ESOP), benefits, learning budgets and other perks, with room to contribute to broader People initiatives as the company grows. The salary is EUR 39,600 - 55,200 gross per year.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the approach to salaries, bonuses, equity, benefits, learning budgets and other perks.
• Build and maintain job levels, salary bands and market benchmarks.
• Partner with Finance and People Partners on salary reviews, promotions and bonus cycles.
• Review offers and compensation changes, balancing internal equity, market competitiveness and budgets.
• Manage and improve the benefits offering.
• Create reports, dashboards and cost forecasts for leadership decisions.
• Build clear policies, guides and total rewards statements.
• Contribute to broader People programs and initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a similar analytical People/HR role.
• Hands-on experience with salary benchmarking, compensation structures, salary reviews or bonus cycles.
• Good understanding of the Lithuanian employment and compensation landscape.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English; good English required, proficiency preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and hands-on use of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and challenge decisions constructively.
• Attention to detail and care with sensitive information.
