Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

About the role

Vinted is looking for a senior professional to own and continuously improve the processes and technology that drive Talent Acquisition across the company. You will work closely with TA leads, People Technology, Analytics and Operations teams to deliver automation, efficiency and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting process improvement projects, from need identification to delivery and team enablement.
• Maintain and configure the TA technology stack, ensuring changes are risk‑aware and compliant.
• Identify and automate repetitive recruiting tasks such as candidate communication, interviewer selection and job posting.
• Build and keep up‑to‑date project documentation, process maps and a Knowledge Base for recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers.
• Provide first‑line support for the Applicant Tracking System and related recruiting tools via a Jira ticketing system.

Required profile

• Prior hands‑on experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to offer.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements from concept to implementation.
• Experience coordinating medium‑scale projects within an HR or TA environment.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Application Tracking System (ATS) configuration and support.
• Data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Jira ticketing and workflow management.
