Country Sales Manager, Lithuania

About the role

Paulig, an international food and beverage company, is looking for a Country Sales Manager for its Branded Foods business to join the team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The role reports to the Country Manager Baltics, Branded Foods and sits within a team of colleagues across Europe. It focuses on profitable, sustainable growth and strategy execution in Lithuania.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute country commercial plans, manage pricing and investments, and use KPIs to drive performance and profitable growth
• Manage the customer portfolio, generate new business, lead customer strategies and build long-term relationships with key accounts
• Inspire the team, strengthen commercial capabilities and model effective leadership and collaboration
• Optimize costs across the commercial organization while maximizing customer experience and business results
• Lead demand planning and business follow-up as part of Integrated Business Planning

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years in a senior sales leadership role with demanding key account management
• Proven track record of delivering results
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• University degree in business administration or equivalent
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization

• Salary of 4,490 to 6,730 EUR per month, with a midpoint of 5,610 EUR and eligibility for a yearly bonus
