Pre-Launch Senior Associate

About the role

Shift4 is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused and technically curious professional to join its Pre-Launch team in Vilnius. The role owns the full onboarding lifecycle for international business customers, from the sales handoff through POS installation and successful launch. You will be the main point of contact, making sure each customer's Point of Sale ecosystem is correctly configured, delivered on time and aligned with their business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end onboarding, from contract receipt through installation and go-live.
• Build trusted relationships with merchants by understanding their operations and turning their needs into clear technical and operational requirements.
• Coordinate between customers and internal teams so onboarding is timely, accurate and seamless.
• Configure POS systems, including reminders, modifiers, online ordering, marketplace integrations and ecosystem components.
• Train customers on products and services so they are ready at launch.
• Maintain professional communication by email and phone, handle escalations calmly and document everything accurately.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn software-based systems quickly.
• Attention to detail, self-management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish is an advantage.
• POS, payments, SaaS onboarding or hospitality technology experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Excel (proficiency); working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• POS system configuration and customer onboarding.
